Our Pastor

Pastor Kyle Haack grew up in Iowa and has lived in Michigan, Minnesota and (briefly) the Great Smoky Mountains in North Carolina. Kyle graduated from Calvin College and Western Theological Seminary, both in Michigan, and most recently lived in Rochester, Minnesota where he served first as a church planter and then as a chaplain resident.

Kyle’s wife Wendy is a hospice chaplain and they have a young daughter named Desirae. Kyle is an avid reader and plays many musical instruments including guitar, mandolin and djembe. Kyle’s passion for God and people has him excited to see what God has in store for the ministry of Wheaton CRC.
